For our Belgian plant we are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer

 

Job Description :

The Customer Quality Engineer will be the Single Point of Contact towards customer and will represent the customer within ASCO organization for all quality aspects.

Acountabilities :

-      You will be the Quality Single Point of Contact towards customer - you will represent the customer within the ASCO organization for all quality aspects.

-      You will Drive and validate introduction of statutory, regulatory and customer requirements (indicated in procedures, standards, drawings, specifications, contracts, ...) for all new (potential) product projects.

-      You will Ensure continued compliance for current programs

  • by analyzing impact of changing customer quality requirements and identifying necessary actions
  • by conducting surveillance audits/verifications against industry standards and customer specifications

-      You will Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring required customer quality deliverables are available and provided timely.

-      You will Monitor quality indicators and performance in different production areas

-      You will Assure the implementation of corrective actions following Quality Improvement activities or whenever deviations to customer requirements are identified on running programs

 

Profile :

Education: Technical bachelor or equivalent by experience

Languages: English, Dutch and/or French

Skills / Experience:

-       Minimum 2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment

-       Strong Analytical skills

-       Drawing reading skills and GD&T knowledge is a plus

-       Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus

-       Broad interpersonal (good oral and written communication) skills

-       Able to work autonomously (is not afraid of taking initiatives)

-       Team player

-       Curious and eager to learn

-       Experience with Problem solving techniques

-       Audit experience is a plus

-       Ability to work under pressure
