Montana Aerospace AG is a highly-vertically integrated manufacturer and supplier of system components and complex assemblies for the aerospace, e-mobility and energy sectors with worldwide engineering and manufacturing operations  has acquired 100% of the share of the Asco Group beginning of April 2022. 

Job Description :

As part of the Quality Assurance team, the Quality Assurance (Systems) Engineer will be responsible to :

Manage and improve the ASCO Group Quality Management System.

  • Interact with all processes at all levels within the oranisation to maintain the QMS documentation following evolutions in Standard and the ASCO organization.
  • Perform audits as per EN9100:2018 and customer requirements, identify non conformities, validate proposed root cause / corrective actions andfollow up teh imlementation.
  • Support on the up-date and monitoring of key performance indicators.

Act as a single point of contact towards authorities regarding quality matters and ensuring smooth preparation, execution and timely closure of 3rd party audits within the organization.

Review day to day Quality processes and lead continuous improvement activities to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Deploy the Quality mindset within the organization by providing training and awareness sessions and leading by example.

 

Profile:

  • Education: Industrial or Civil engineer or equivalent through experience
  • Languages: English, Dutch and/or French
  • Your Profile:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of problem solving methodologies
    • Strong planning, organizational and visualization skills
    • Structured, have a rigorous approach and sense for detail
    • You are able to work independently, but also enjoy working in a team
    • Initiative to question the current situation, seek facts and propose alternatives.
    • Open to International business travels (10%)
